Exhibitors of all types of pinball games, parts, and collectibles are
welcome to attend the Rocky Mountain Pinball Showdown, the only show of
its kind in the Rocky Mountain region. 2011 exhibitors included:

Exhibitor Booths
-10
ft. x 10 ft. space = 1 booth
-Booth includes one 8 ft x 2 ft 6 in
metal table, additional tables available free on request
-Chairs are available at no
additional charge, specify the number of chairs per booth on your

-Exhibitor is responsible for
supplying required table linens
-Cost is $150 per booth total for
Friday, April 27, Saturday, April 28, and Sunday, April 29
-Exhibitor cost for
electricity/power source is $10 per booth. A maximum of three pinball
machines can be plugged in to each power source. Exhibitors with more
than three pinball machines per booth are required to purchase
additional power at a rate of $10 per three pinball machines. This
charge covers the cost of electricity and ensures that safety of all
machines and show participants. Exhibitors are responsible for
providing safe, working electrical extension cords.
-The principle exhibitor (one) is
admitted to three days of the Rocky Mountain Pinball Showdown,
including Thursday, April 27 set-up. With purchase of each 10 ft. x 10 ft.
space, the principle exhibitor will receive one additional weekend
pass.

Exhibitor General Guidelines
FOR THE SAFETY AND SECURITY OF ALL:
-No coin operated machines may be set
up in an exhibitor's booth for pay-for-play
-Pinball machines, displays, and
goods located inside exhibitor booths must be easily and safely
accessible to Rocky Mountain Pinball Showdown participants from the public
aisles. Please do not obstruct your sales and show items from public
view.
-Set up is Thursday from 9 a.m. -
6 p.m. on April
26,
2012. All games presented for use during the Rocky
Mountain Pinball Showdown
on main show floor must be in playable condition and set to free play
for the duration of the show.
-All electrical extension cords must
be secured so as to not pose a threat to the public, or public space and
walkways.
-By purchasing booth space at the
April 27-29 Rocky Mountain Pinball Showdown, the exhibitor and all exhibitor
guests, employees, and associates agrees to all conditions, rules, and
regulations set forth by Rocky Mountain Pinball Showdown and Gameroom
Expo, Embassy
Suites Denver Tech Center, the state of Colorado, and all other regulating
authorities.
-By purchasing booth space at
the April 27-29 Rocky Mountain Pinball Showdown and Gameroom Expo, the exhibitor understands that
the Rocky Mountain Pinball Showdown and its staff, organizers, and
volunteers (said parties) are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or
stolen property. Said parties are not liable for any personal injuries
of any kind. Said parties are not responsible for any acts of God/nature.
-Inoperative equipment is to be
placed in exhibitor's booth space.
-The sale of any food, beverages,
including alcohol, cigarettes, or drug paraphernalia is strictly
prohibited.
-The exhibitor's reservation cannot
be sublet, assigned, or transferred.
-Sellers must clean their booth
space. No trash or discards of any kind may be left behind.
-Non-compliance with Rocky Mountain
Pinball guidelines will result in forfeiture of booth space cost, any
fees, and
expulsion from the Rocky Mountain Pinball Showdown.
-Rocky Mountain Pinball showdown reserves
the right to restrict the sale, display, or distribution of any printed
material, photographs, books, magazines, pictures, or other
representation in order to maintain a proper family environment.
-Rocky Mountain Pinball Showdown reserves
the right at any time to prohibit any additional items from being sold
or traded and to refuse admission to any seller.
-The sale, display, or distribution
of merchandise that infringes upon copyrighted designs or materials or
bears
counterfeit trademarks is strictly prohibited.
-It is the exhibitors
responsibility to transport all materials (including, but not limited to
games or displays) to and from the Rocky Mountain Pinball Showdown site.
Any machine not removed from the Fairgrounds premises by Sunday at 8
p.m. will be charged a storage fee of $100 per day per machine.
-Exhibitors are solely responsible
for the contents of their booth(s), and the security of the goods and
quality of the services provided. Exhibitors are solely responsible for
their pinball machines and its/their security.
-Refunds are available until March 1,
2012. All requests must be made in writing.
-No raffles, lotteries, 'readings',
auctions, or amusement rides may be conducted or operated by sellers
without prior written consent of Rocky Mountain Pinball Showdown.
-For the safety of all guests, no animals are allowed
on the show floor of the Rocky Mountain Pinball
Showdown, except for guide animals.
-All pinball and video game
machines on the free-play floor must remain in service and not be
transported off the floor, INCLUDING THOSE MACHINES FOR SALE, until 5 p.m. on Sunday,
April 29.
Exhibitors will inform buyers that machines purchased are not to be
transported off of premises before 5 p.m. on Sunday, April 29. NO
EXCEPTIONS. This rule is for the safety and enjoyment of all show
patrons.

Games for Sale on the
Free-Play Floor
No pinball machine or
video game on the free-play floor of the Rocky Mountain Pinball Showdown may
be listed for sale, unless said machine is specifically registered for
sale with the Rocky Mountain Pinball Showdown. This rule will be strictly
enforced to respect those exhibitors who purchase booth space to sell
pinball and video games. If you would like to register your game for
sale at the Rocky Mountain Pinball Showdown, please call 303-938-9889, or
e-mail
info@pinballshowdown.com. A charge of $35 will be assessed on
each registered game listed for sale on the free-play floor. For every
two machines registered for sale, you will receive one adult three-day
show pass.
Any game on
the free-play floor for sale, sold, or knowledge thereof for sale or
sold will be assessed a charge of $70. Again, this is to protect the
interests of those exhibitors who purchase booth space. Thank you for
your cooperation and strict adherence to this policy.
All pinball and video game
machines on the free-play floor must remain in service and not be
transported off the floor, INCLUDING THOSE MACHINES FOR SALE, until 5 p.m. on Sunday,
April 29.
Exhibitors will inform buyers that machines purchased are not to be
transported off of premises before 5 p.m. on Sunday, April 29. NO
